 1948 - 2017 Stan, beloved son of George and Ruth Hetzner Dexter, died on November 4, 2017 of multiple myeloma. Stan graduated from Edmonds High School in 1966 and later Edmonds Community College. While working at West Coast Metals, Stan was drafted into the Navy and he served honorably in Vietnam. After his return, he became the manager of West Coast Metals and was known as an honest, trustworthy businessman. Stan had a talent for building and remodeling homes. He even built a 28-foot sailboat. Stan took great pride in maintaining his rental properties. He could fix anything. Stan loved fishing, boating, traveling and Welsh Corgies. He is survived by his devoted wife, Jeanette; and their dog, Meeka.
