Greg lived on 8th Ave. -- the street directly above my house on B Ave. I never really got to know him that well, but I remember he was extremely well mannered and rather quiet during our junior and senior high school days. I was unaware that he had enlisted in the Marines when I learned he had been killed in May 1967 during hostile action in South Vietnam http://www.virtualwall.org/dm/MoserGP01a.htm. I recall being in my car and hearing about his death on KJR radio. Rest in peace.
He was such a truely nice guy, so sweet. I was getting ready for a horseshow, and Kathy Lynjord came and told me ...we just sat down in the stall and cried. RIP sweet guy.
